Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of the The Fast Track System, and use of the website www.The-Fast-Track.co.uk
This agreement applies between you the User of the Web Site and Bookingline Ltd .Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should not purchase The Fast Track System and you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Web Site.

Means any online communications infrastructure that The Company makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable PDF or MP3, video, web-based email, message boards, webinars, live chat facilities and email links;
Means any third party that accesses the Web Site and is not employed by The Company and acting in the course of their employment; and
- "Web Site"
Means the website that you are currently using www.The-Fast-Track.co.uk and any sub-domains of these sites unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions;
- "Members Area"
Means areas of the website reserved for those who have made a purchase and which contains downloadable content and any future additional services.
Means the contract you have entered into with The Company to pay for The Fast Track System each month at a cost of £99 plus vat for training and other materials to be delivered via the website.
Your Payment for The Fast Track System
Your monthly payment of £99 plus vat will be processed from the debit or credit card details which you gave us when you purchased.
12 Month Money-Back Guarantee
The Fast Track System has been sold to you with a 12 month Money-Back Guarantee. Specifically, this means that you may try out and fully test The Fast Track System for 12 months. If having implemented all of the marketing and business strategies and techniques detailed in the The Fast Track system and its associated materials, for a full 12 months, you have not made a single penny after following the plan for the 12 months, you may apply for a refund by submitting a detailed log of your activities demonstrating that you have diligently followed and implemented all elements of the strategies and methods provided, have asked advice where necessary, heeded all advice given, and having promoted to the market in the ways shown, at least one complete product.
Providing you are able to demonstrate that you have followed the system in its entirety, and used the systems detailed in the full 12 months training course modules, have promoted a product in all of the ways shown, and are up-to-date with all payments due, but have not made one single penny, then you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the The Fast Track system.
Your Right to Cancel your Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of purchase in which to cancel your purchase of The fast Track System and receive a refund, providing you have not accessed the members area by logging in to www.The-Fast-Track.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation.
You may cancel by sending an email to us at: email@example.com or by printing off the cancellation form and posting it to us.
Once you have accessed the members area you may no longer claim a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Otherwise, refunds are only available under the terms of the 12 Month Money-Back Guarantee. No other refunds are available for any reason whatsoever.
Unless specified by The Company, all Content included on the Web Site, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of The Company, or our affiliates. By continuing to use the Web Site you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.

Such notice will be deemed received on the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday. Subsequent communication will indicate whether notification by post to our premises is also required.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and The Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and The Company and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
